Prices Effective as of May 1st, 2013

Web Site Development, Software Development, Programming:

$65 per hour. For a time estimate please call 413-253-8070 or email. Custom hosting options available for web development projects.

Off-Site Services (via telephone, email or ticket system):

Tier 1
$40 per hour (measured in 5 minute increments).
Tier 1 includes common computer related services such as certain types of troubleshooting of systems and software, windows xp remote troubleshooting, consulting, graphic design, remote assistance with supported software applications, basic HTML and layout, and other services

Tier 2
$65 per hour (measured in 5 minute increments).
Tier 2 includes advanced computer related services such as programming, software engineering, networking, server configuration, Linux/UNIX support, advanced graphic development, advanced consulting and other special services.

On-Site Services: (i.e. when we come to you)

$50 for less than and including 1 hour and $50 per hour thereafter (measured in 5 minute increments).

Discount for Nonprofit Groups:

The following groups are eligible for a sliding scale discount based on need:

Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce Members
Senior Citizens (with a valid government ID)
College Students (with a valid school ID)
Nonprofit, nonpolitical, non labor union groups of these types:
- Environmental Protection and Conservation
- Human and Animal Rights
- Public Educational Institutions
- State and Local Government Offices and Public Trusts
